Lake Superior Clay, leaf debris, and Illinois Soil on Canvas
 
Another whimsical soil painting, this time incorporating Lake Superior red clay for a nice addition of depth. I also utilized dried leaves for a textural component. This is another exercise in free-form painting, not necessarily having a plan going into it, but rather, going with the flow.
