Beaver river is a special place indeed. Anyone who's been to this specific spot knows it. Back during the early pandemic days, my partner and I were visiting little pockets of paradise along the north shore to keep ourselves occupied. When we got to this spot on the Beaver River, I thought it looked familiar. Then I realized that when I was little, my family took one of our family photos here, which included my old dog Boomer when he was about 1 year old. I started this painting on a day when I was missing Boomer extra.
